Worst living experience in Dubai – avoid this building and landlord at all costs.” I have lived in this building for almost a year, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, the apartment was handed over with broken appliances (washing machine, stove, fridge) and old, useless furniture that we had to throw away ourselves. The AC broke down completely during the hottest summer months, leaving us in unbearable conditions for weeks. Despite begging for urgent repairs, the landlord ignored us, blocked our calls, and only replaced it much later after authorities were involved. In the meantime, we had to spend extra money on portable cooling and temporary accommodation just to survive inside the apartment. The corridors, the cleaning staff and security staff is always smelling bad. On top of that, the landlord: • Tried to illegally demand extra money for DEWA (utilities) even though it was already included in the contract. • Suggested shady ways to avoid Ejari registration, which is against Dubai law. • The Management of the Building, Took our designated parking spot and gave it to someone else without permission. • The swimming pool and facilities were constantly under repair, unusable for months. • Gas supply, which was written in the contract, was never actually provided. Worst of all, the landlord double-cashed cheques even after rent was already transferred, causing financial stress and legal threats. The building itself also suffers from frequent electricity outages and poor maintenance, adding to the misery. Living here has been the most stressful and unpleasant experience in Dubai. Tenants deserve safety, respect, and honesty – none of which you will find here. I strongly warn anyone considering this property: save yourself the pain and look elsewhere.

Pros: Location and closeness to circle mall and the exist. Cons: Over a year of no pool . Weak service team Smelly parking Smelly corridors Apartments segregation is not there so neighbors cooking smell ruin your apartment Bad ventilation system Regularly offline elevators Regularly AC issues no compressors shading or proper care.

I've been here for 6 months now, that pool is out since day 1 and saw no step forward since day one for maintenance works, now the garden is being digged, what a whole mess

I've been living here for nearly 6 months, and I've never seen the pool filled they told us there's a problem and will be solved jn no more than 1 month , its 6 month now and it's not solved!!!!!!!!!! All i see from my window view is some cement and crumbled floor, Extremely disappointed, Won't advice any one to live here.
