Its in Dubai hills.
Most of residents are from western countries .
Executive Residence in Dubai Hills Estate is a modern residential building with well-designed apartments, quality finishes, and access to excellent community amenities. The building is well-maintained and offers a comfortable living environment.
So far, a lovely place to live in Dubai. There is a beautiful park next to the building, several great restaurants in the area, as well as some supermarkets within walking distance. There is a great view of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Hills Mall is just a fifteen minute walk away! As much as I want this area to be kept a secret, I have to admit it’s great!
1. Management and Security
This is the worst management company and security team I have ever dealt with. There is no support or information provided. They shift all responsibility to Emaar and cannot or do not want to handle anything themselves.
2. Building Condition
Things are constantly breaking, leaking, or not working. Living in this building is unbearable, especially when the staff is so unresponsive and unprofessional.
3. New Rules and Fees
Every month, they introduce new rules without informing residents in advance. On top of that, they demand payment for the same services multiple times.
