I had a terrible experience with maintenance service that provided by rafah owner association which is given authority by BNH and Equity developer to maintain our building. No one is taking responsibility to do any maintenance and people are suffering in our building. This Equiti is same as our BNH tower 3-4 years ago and hopefully it wont be same as we are suffering here in BNH tower 3.
