The staff at Empire residence made my (9 Month rental) very very welcoming and pleasant. Mr Gohar was the security who always was on hand to help - he was great. the maintenance teams were also amazing at resolving issues quickly. really so grateful for everything during my stay

I had a very disappointing experience with Luxe Signature, the agency managing both Nicolas Residence and Empire Residence. I initially stayed five days at Nicolas Residence, where the issues were so numerous that I had to involve a lawyer just to be moved to another apartment. I was then relocated to Empire Residence, where I stayed for two weeks. Despite all of this, the most unacceptable part is that Luxe Signature has still not returned my security deposit. I paid the deposit directly to the agency, and since leaving the apartment, they have refused to give me back my money, with no clear explanation or proper communication. The management is truly deplorable, unprofessional, unreliable, and lacking transparency. I strongly advise against renting from Luxe Signature if you are looking for a trustworthy and respectful experience.
