The building is well-maintained, with a focus on cleanliness, safety and comfort
I would never recommend living in this building. The security staff are uncooperative, rude, and completely unprofessional. They treat residents and guests negatively, making the whole place feel unwelcoming. Even just mentioning an empty parking spot is enough for them to report to the police, causing unnecessary problems for people. Visitors are not allowed to park even when there are empty spots, which is another major issue — poor management and not resident-friendly at all.
Parking facilities in the building are extremely inadequate, with virtually no space available for visitors. The security team shows little professionalism and does not reflect well on the property. The overall design of the parking area—from the entrance down to the basement—is poorly planned, with several spaces placed in awkward corners that make parking very challenging. Despite enforcing a “no pets” policy, the building has faced far more concerning issues, including inappropriate activities. It is essential for the property management to step in and resolve these matters without delay.
The building lacks proper visitor parking, and overall parking availability is non-existent. Security staff are unhelpful and fail to represent the building appropriately. The entire parking setup—from the entrance to the basement—is poorly designed, with many spots located in corners that make parking extremely difficult. The property management must take immediate action to address these concerns.
