Очень медленно строят. Еще нет ни одного из 40 этажей, а срок сдачи по договору декабрь 2025 года.
Говорят, что будут сдвигать срок сдачи на декабрь 2026 года!
На фото отчет застройщика от ноября 2024 года. Через год эти 40 этажей не могут быть сданы.
Отдел, который отвечает за прием платежей не отвечает на сообщения, чеки о сделанных оплатах Collections Department также не отправляет!
Боюсь представить, что будет когда дом перейдет в управление их управляющей компании.
Я тоже удивилась что через год сдача объекта , а они даже не закончили фундамент !!уже пожалела что связалась с этой компанией. Соблазнилась ,что компания на слуху , показалась мне успешной . Прикладываю фото вида на стройку в середине декабря . Сама лично ездила смотреть что они там такое построили уже .

Terrible Experience – No Response Despite Multiple Follow-Ups
I had a very disappointing experience with Danube, specifically the London branch booking team.
I booked an office at Aspirez on 31st August 2025. Due to an unexpected change in my financial circumstances, I requested a cancellation on 30th September 2025. I was asked to attend a personal meeting to explain my situation and discuss a possible payment plan, failing which the refund process would be initiated. This was also confirmed via email on 3rd October 2025.
After carefully exploring all possible options, I confirmed that I could not proceed and formally requested initiation of the refund process on 7th October 2025. I then received the official cancellation notice on 15th October 2025, as per my request.
However, since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails on 29th, 30th, and 31st October, and 1st November, regarding my refund, and I have received no response whatsoever. This complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I have clearly communicated that I understand Danube may have incurred costs due to the cancellation and that I am willing to accept reasonable deductions. Despite this, there has been no acknowledgment or assistance from the team.
For an individual like me, an amount of AED 25,000 is very significant. Coming from a humble background, this situation has caused considerable stress, especially given the total silence from customer support despite repeated follow-ups.
I expected better transparency, responsiveness, and ethical handling from a company of Danube’s reputation. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I would advise others to be very cautious and ensure everything is clearly documented and followed up rigorously.
I sincerely hope Danube reviews this matter and aligns its actions with the values it claims to uphold.
Don’t know how this is safe or even legal? The project is being built shoulder to shoulder with another apartment complex. This raises so many concerns for both parties as it’s a complete violation of safety, privacy and livability. It may have met the minimum regulations for construction but for a multimillion development, you would expect better planning and considerations for residents. Maybe even a foot of space between buildings even
There was massive delay in construction start of Elitz project ... they are very quick in gatherings for booking but started construction almost a year later .... current pace of construction does not guarantee project handover by end of 2025 ... to add insult to injury they are asking for 8% payment in Dec 2025 (which is only due on handover) ... so much for handing over projects before completion date (just a marketing gimmick sadly)... they have really tarnished their reputation, never going to buy a unit with them ever again ... similar projects in JVC have fared far better than them ..1/10 project will deliver on time for marketing purpose
