The management and provided services are not good compared to other buildings in dubai.
Each time you need to ask, They either give unreasonable excuse or the service is not available.
Even the owner is paying a lot of service charges, they don't provide a simple ladder to borrow, for example. In all the buildings, they provide such a simple service.
Each time you need to pay them money.
Also, the pool and gym are not opening till 9 am and having a break between 12 to 1 , as they don't want to hire another safeguard.
It's kind of a cheap way.

I lived here for couple of years so lets summarized,
1. There is a team name themselves managment but in fact they are un professional and destroyers - their main job how to let u suffer while u living there
2. The fire alarm sound you gonna hear it every five min in ur life always system stuck (sometimes for hours) (cheap firefighting service company)
3.zero pest control until someone complain!
4. Old building so always maintenance going on, if you are a night shift worker or you woke up late, so you will wake up by the hummer sounds!! If it’s not the fire alarm!!
5. External lights of the building they turn off at night while all the world lights are on to save
6. Policy of pets free ? Sign ur contract then u surprise with all kind of animals in the building
7. All policies in general applies only when its needed! Means on u when needed and others are ok!!
8. My access card for doors and parking blocked because unknown reasons! And if you wanna reach out to destroyers team in ur dreams! Or u pay the security and finish the story
9. U want maintenance to your flat ? You pay money just to send labor to check and they send quotation later water leak,, every body knew its water leak btw!!! I need my money back plz!!!
10. Sometimes I feel the building becomes like a labor camp and those who put the nice reviews!

So man plz dont rent here and escape!!
Management is very worst .No proper response. They make things complicated with out giving proper response . Building is Good .
Everywhere is dead pigeons, dirty area and always low skill security

As an owner you want proper security, cleaning and standards enforcement with a nice building quality and great amenities.
I am happy I bought here and the management may be strict but they are ensuring standards and quality
Whats a stupid staff do you have can anyone translate to me😡😡😡😡😡 more than 1 hr the fire alarm is on and no one knows how to turn it off!!!!!!! You are playing or what?????? We don’t know when will take it seriously then if have any fire!!!!!!!!!! Stupid ever i had seen!!!!!
We have been living in Elite 9 for the past 6 months and we are absolutely loving it. I found the apartment on the property finder app I guess and the agent was Dingstone Real Estate LLC. They replied immediately on WhatsApp with the details of the apartment. We had booked a tour of the apartment and Cyran was very kind and helpful who came all the way for us to show the apparent. The process to rent it was a hassle free. CYRAN was very helpful throughout our 1 month stay with all we needed to be cleaned or repaired, he paid attention to our requests. The area around the apartment is very beautiful and fresh. There are 2 supermarkets nearby and also a bus stop. I loved the area. The security is very good and attentive. The building is kept clean by the management team. Gyms are very good. The management team immediately fixes the issue once raised. Till now everything is very good. I highly recommend elite 9
Mi Renta la resolví hace unos años atrás en un oferta rompedora, con el tiempo los precios han ido subiendo a buena velocidad, lo bueno es que como empecé por abajo, aún hoy sigo con un precio razonable, algo que dista de los que hasta la fecha encontramos. Referente a los servicio, el edificio cuenta con excelente seguridad, gimnasio (femenino y masculino, bastante bien equipado), 2 piscinas (una de adultos y otra para infantes), sauna, un espacio de parqueo por apartamento y en general bastante buen servicio.
Atención con los anuncios en donde se menciona sobre los mantenimientos que estos no vienen incluidos y cualquier asunto a resolver corre por el arrendado.
