Worst experience ever.
I won’t recommend it even if it was the last available place to stay 😅!
Worst hotel ever ..
first they canceled the reservation and we had to stay in one bedroom apartment before going to a bigger one and we were 6 .. then they cut off the chilled water because they failed to pay the bill !!!!
And when the electricity went off , i had to take my bag 20 level down without them sending anyone to help ..
Dar Samita Team was great and the apartment at Dunya Tower a great location, it has everything anyone needs on a visit to Dubai. Comfortable, clean, very secure and one a 1 min walk from Dubai Mall. I highly recommend you choose them on your next visit to Dubai. Have great travels.

Beautiful place. The tower is absolutely stunning. One of the many things that make me appreciate the architecture of Dubai's sky scrappers.
I saw this apartment in booking.com in the pictures it looked very nice in reality it was horrible the AC in the rooms were blocked and they were making a lot of noise I came in the apartment from 18th of July till 1 of August because the shops and mall are just 3 min walk dubai mall we took this apartment the whole building has a awful damp mouldy smell we had a 3 bedroom apartment my son's room was smelling mouldy and we found a cokroach in two bathrooms, you can only communicate with them through WhatsApp no bell boy taking 6 luggages by myself. I won't recommend this hotel. Really disappointed.
