Dubai South complex is quite pretty and offers a modern living environment. However, it's very far from the city, which can be inconvenient for daily commuting or accessing city amenities. Additionally, it suffers from a serious roach infestation, which is a significant drawback. Despite its aesthetic appeal, the distance and pest issues are major concerns that need to be addressed.

The only good thing about Dubai South Pulse apartments was the low rent but even that is gone. The apartments are built with low quality materials with water seepage everywhere on the walls. There is a landfill across the emirates road from which there is a foul smell. Dubai South is so far from everywhere that it is good 30 minutes drive to reach the edge of Dubai. There is no maintenance of the flats and difficult to get handymen to come out so far. If you have no option come here otherwise stay away.

Please do something about this bad smell from sewage plant, door isolations are already bad and smell goes through vents too
