Diamond 6 Tower

The worst apartment ever! I was living here for one year just because I couldn’t terminate the contract. So here are all the disadvantages: The tower is infected with cockroaches so it doesn’t matter how clean is your apartment, cockroaches will still be there and the pest control will not help you with this issue, after one week or even less cockroaches will be back. You need to get ready to pay for huge amount of all kind of stuff for getting rid of cockroaches but they will still appear more and more even in closed places like fridge. The next disappointment is security of the building. The security there are rude and refuse to help you in any of the situations. Also in many buildings security work for 24 hours but here they are working approximately till 11:00 pm or it seems like that because after this time they are not staying in security place. If you had a situation when you came after the mentioned time and you forgot to take a special card for opening the building “door” than all you can do is just to wait till somebody with this card or the person from opposite side will open it. Security leave the paper with their number to call them if there are anything but it doesn’t mean that they will answer calls, they turn off calls. Another problem is about pipes. It happens that pipes break because the building is old and is not being reconstructed so every time it happens than you will pay for it. The fourth problem is dirty water. Even if you wait 10 minutes for dirty water to drain, it can suddenly start pouring on you again at any time. You can ask to fix it but nobody will fix it so just get used to it. It will be fixed only if you will pay. The fifth problem is loud traffic. You will hear it every day, you will never be in silence but If you are used to it than for you it will be fine. Also there is an issue with cleaning service that they don’t clean the corridor at the specified time, but these are minor things compared to what was said earlier The last but not least is fungus infection. It’s in bathroom and kitchen furniture The only advantage here is just location near metro and tram stations. All in all, it was really bad experience living there and I’m not recommending it to anybody. I spoke to other people who were living there and all of them have same problems. I haven’t mentioned other disadvantages such as terrible stench in corridors and frequent noises from broken sirens and a lot of else because it will take a lot of time to write everything. It’s not worth your nerves and your money.

That was awful experience. Too many cockroaches even after the pest control. It is a really old building so here often something broken or not working, so if something, than you will pay. Honestly, living here in apartment was such a nightmare. The only advantage is noise reduction

Very nice building and great value for what it has to offer. Outstanding location. One of the best building location-wise in Dubai Marina. Literally next to the metro station, tram, 5 minute walk from Dubai Marina mall, steps away from the Marina Walk and walking distance to JBR beach. If you are driving, you don't wait in the Marina traffic during rush hour. Good environment, good facilities (Gym could be better), family friendly and safe. Recommended
