Ужасный билдинг и обслуживание! Не советую тут жить и останавливаться. Каждый день включается пожарная сигнализация с раннего утра и даже ночью.🚨Слабый напор воды в душе а иногда воду отключают на весь день. Управление билдинга грубые и скандальные ничего не исправляют по билдингу, но зато доставляют проблемы. Тренажерный зал очень маленький и переполнен. QR код для входа не работает! В здании везде летают назойливые мошки 🪰 Месторасположение билдинга крайне не удобное, вокруг стройки, пыль и шум, невозможно сушить вещи на балконе. Воздух сильно загрязнен. Соседние квартиры сдаются посуточно и много шума и беспокойства от гостей. Лифт всегда переполнен и долгое ожидание. Магазин и аптека внизу не работают круглосуточно. Самый худший билдинг никакого комфорта для жизни
The worst building i ever seen, the alarm shouts every morning to wake you up like you are in army, they couldn't fix this problem since 2 months.
I still have a headache because of it.
I was planning to buy a property after trying thank god i tried first.

Gym is too small and always full. Pool is nice but cold during winter. QR codes sysytem works from time to time.
I'm staying in this building since September 2025 and honestly I'm living the most horrible moments in my life. I'm even trying to stay outside of my apartment as long as possible to avoid the NEXT:
ALERT: there's an ALARM in your SLEEPING ROOM and it will never let you sleep at any moment of the day. You will be tortured by its noise for never ending times, even at 03 and 04 a.m.
FIRE: fire alert system which starts and makes moise in the building every day will definitely be USELESS in case of real fire. Today it's happening almost every 10 minutes and the security guy at the reception simply said it's a test!!!!
SECURITY:security guy at the reception, particularly the night shift one, doesn't greet you back and will only ask for the IDs of your family members even when they come with and you inform him about that.
REPORT: they will inform you that you can any report any issue through the app of the building but when you do you will not get any answer or follow-up.
Because of that and in addition to other external factors, I definitely REGRET that I've signed a long-term contract in this building to get this experience that is totally opposite to my good experience in this beautiful city and country.
Телефона поддержки просто не существует. Отвечает робот, повторяет одни и те же вещи, ежедневная пожарная система, невозможно выспаться, постоянно находишься в стрессе, что дом горит. Очень злые сотрудники и охранники, очень неразговорчивые секьюрити, агрессивный менеджмент
They turn on the fire alarm 10 times a day, at 1am, at 3am, at 7am, this is not normal at all

Facilities NEVER up to the description, lack of customer service (multiple email sent to the management and 0 response) lack of security, everyone access the tower with no permissions, fire alarm rang overnight multiple time for false alarm. The only place in Dubai to seriously AVOID.

I had a terrible experience at Damac Zada Tower in Business Bay and feel deeply disappointed by the way I was treated. I had a confirmed Airbnb reservation for two guests, and all required documents were submitted in advance. However, when I arrived, I was denied entry because the reception staff claimed they couldn’t find my name in their system.
I am not a Dubai resident and didn’t have Wi-Fi or mobile data to contact the host directly. I politely asked the staff to help me reach the host for confirmation, but they refused to assist. The receptionist and two security officers were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
What made this even worse is that I explained I have health issues that make it difficult for me to go long without using the bathroom, and I had just traveled for nearly 12 hours. Still, they showed no empathy or compassion at all. I was left waiting for almost two hours outside with no access to the room, and the host never responded through Airbnb.
This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and inhumane. No guest deserves to be treated this way—especially after providing all the necessary documentation. I hope Damac takes serious action to improve the behavior and professionalism of their staff at this property.
