I lived in this place for two years and it was great. The security and the staff are super friendly and very professional. They made everything super easy. Thank u for all of your efforts. Only comment goes to the Airbnb tenants, while your here on vacation be mindful of your neighbors and be kind to the staff they are doing their job.
Amazing location, staff is great, and location is close to everything
I am honestly shocked by some of the reviews in here. I stayed at Vera many times and never had an encounter with any security staff members! It’s always super quiet (only meet people in the elevator occasionally), and we never had any insects in our apartment (not even on the balcony).
No have parking for bike rider
TERRIBLE SECURITY EXPERIENCE!!!! Avoid staying here at all cost!! They will just make your life imposible with their ABUSE and horrible behaviour towards residents. Always shouting at us and making us feel bad in a place we’re paying lots of money to stay in.
LOAMS has already quite a bad reputation in the market for being offensive and extremely not professional with the guests staying in Damac’s facilities.
Will never stay in VERA ever ever again. Better value in other buildings in the area, with more hospitable manners and worth the money you’re paying for.
The location is more than perfect but it contains alot of companies who invest in this building

People renting from companies are loud
I got an apartment at floor 16
Apartment 1620 was too noisy he always turn loud music that you can hear all over the floor
Security talked to him many times he never listen
The AC in the apartment was weird it is cold in living room but hot in bed room
I think its a design issue
Also i think venus holiday was the name of the apartment in the floor people were noisy and also with loud music
I left the building to a hotel next street after 3 days i couldn’t stay more with all of these noise in the floor
