We booked an apartment with an incredible view of the creek.
I think it’s a great apartment and it’s also well-managed.
Literally no complaints. A walk away from Dubai mall.

Amazing building to live especially how close to downtown and Dubai mall
Damac Reva residence- it was my first experience in bussines Business Bay Area, Reva is very very close to everywhere, a lot of grocery Resturant, bus, metro especially downtown and Dubai mall only 8-10minutes by walk. So first the area is very good, but little bit noice of cars at night, But there is one nuance Appartments in Reva or Vera one bedroom it’s like a studio, not one bedroom, so it means one bed Appartment it’s good for only one person. Reception girl from Philippines she’s so good and kind, and security’s also. I highly recommended this building and this area for luxury living😍
I booked an apartment at Wonderful Reva Aparthotel Downtown on Booking.com for my parents for 7 days. When they arrived in Dubai, the property told them the apartment was no longer available. They left my parents with no place to stay.
We now have to wait more than 12 working days for a refund, and we ended up paying triple the amount for another accommodation at the last minute.
I strongly advise avoiding this place and avoiding Booking.com after this experience.
Nice building we did here Ac Duct Cleaning Service and customer also very supportive
They have some issue with AC i think its a wrong design
Living room is cold while bed room is hot
Its AC blower issue
They mentioned that the floor contains noise detector but every night i have to go down to call security for my noisy neighbors
The good thing the location is more than perfect if u dont like to drive the car during rush hours their is tons of cafe’s and restaurants 5 minutes away from the apartment including diet restaurants
No parking delivery bike's.
