If I could give it –10 stars, I honestly would. This is by far the worst “hotel” experience of my life — and it turns out, it’s not even a real hotel. You end up dealing directly with the owner, not a hotel staff, and there is zero room service or any proper hospitality. They only give you ONE access card, even if you’re a group of five people. On top of that, you have to pick up the card from a box with a passcode outside the apartment door. No check-in desk, no assistance, nothing. Parking is another disaster. You are forced to use valet — there is no self-parking option at all, and I absolutely hate anyone driving my car. None of this was mentioned anywhere in the booking description, and nobody — neither the owner nor the “hotel” — informed us before or after booking. Once we checked in, the owner completely ignored all our messages and calls. And let me be clear: this place is absolutely NOT suitable for families. If Google allowed ratings below 1 star, I’d give this place –10, and even that feels generous.
