So bad place to stay
The bathroom dirty and there is spiders
And i didnt stay even 10 minutes and i checkedout and i asked for my refund he didnt want to give me my money back he is searching for any reason one time booking doesnt accept than when booking accept he change his word and he answered them that he is not agree for refund 🙂 please dont make same my mistake, he is not good not helping at all, but DTCM will take my money from him!

Мы тут проживали неделю в гостях у нашей дочери, которая тут снимает квартиру на самом верхнем этаже. Сказать что тут роскошно, это ни чего не сказать. Насколько тут замечательно, не описать словами. Очень приятный персонал. В здании есть магазин, ресторан, кафе, на 8 этаже огромный комплекс бассеинов с подогревом. Так же есть бар. Это место для роскошного отдыха или проживания. Таких мест мало на нашей планете, с таким качеством сервиса и обслуживания. Ну а вид на город заслуживает отдельных 10*. Самый лучший отдых в моей жизнт. Спасибо персоналу за все. Рекомендую тут всем побывать!

I booked an apartment on Booking and got a scam message on whatsapp to confirm my card - with my correct full name and dates for my stay. The page to confirm my card looked similar to Booking but was obviously fake (the page didn't have the name of the place, the dates were all wrong). Needless to say, we canceled. Absolutely don't book.
Edit: after canceling my booking I got another message to verify my card. This is absolutely disturbing and disgusting.

Two ladies at the reception were rude!!
They shouted at us!!! I asked if I can keep the apartment key at the reception but they refused with shouting as if I did something wrong/disrespectful
They didn’t respect us two old ladies were with us
They are not professional at all
Talking loudly, eating infront of people and licking her fingers while eating!!
I got disgusted because she reactivate my key after doing that.
I understand their refusal, but the way they refused was very rude including a hysterical laughter.
