Took me many hours waiting for a place to sleep. Building manager didn’t help at all. Refused them to enter.Nearby hotel fully booked. What a disaster
I’m living in that tower and since one month now I have sewer smell in my home and the management for damac doesn’t fix that issue for me and no one do anything even I complained many times .. the baddest building and baddest management

No one responded you if you have a problem with unit ,security never helped if you have problems with neighbors

The view from our unit facing the golf course is absolutely stunning — the sunrise feels like it’s right in front of you. It’s incredibly serene, and there’s no outside noise around our unit, which makes it even more peaceful.
The community itself is massive and beautifully green. With a shopping mall, hospital, and schools all within Damac Hills, you truly don’t need to leave — everything you need is right here.
While the walls can be a bit thin, security plays a huge role in maintaining peace. Any time there’s an issue, they respond immediately and professionally. Carson A in particular is fantastic — always quick, courteous, and efficient.
I absolutely love living in Damac Hills. It's one of the best communities Dubai has to offer.
living in Damac hills carson A has been frustrating due to constant noise's and unnecessary disturbances , like security ringing my doorbell every 4-5 days, even during daytime sleep (i work night shifts ) , its 2025 there are better ways to communicate updates without disturbing residents, parking issues , the gym not equipped for such a big project like this

Its not only we live in souq and traffic and car horns and issues with the parking inside building and outside , but also parties in the street and we cant work sleep or anything , and during pray time also high music, this isnt a good community at all
