Disaster with DAMAC!
I contacted DAMAC on 26/08/2025 and received zero response. Their total negligence turned a simple issue into a huge disaster and financial loss.
Today I walked into my apartment and found it in this shocking condition (see photos).
This is the reality of DAMAC: useless staff, careless management, and no respect for clients.
If you care about your money and peace of mind, stay away from DAMAC!

I stopped for two minutes for my friends who is resident there in the area that made no problem for anyone .
He came to me with citrate and didnt stopped his smoking. Talked to me so bad and not respectful. And shout on me 3 times GO GO GO
im waiting for management follow up if not I will follow it in other way with my lawyer for sure
Bad behaviour security staff
The garbage room here is a serious health hazard. The door is constantly left open, and the foul stench invades homes and common areas. Residents have complained countless times, yet management does nothing. Living here feels like a daily battle with filth and neglect. This level of carelessness is unacceptable and dangerous.
