Convenient, great design and functional apartment with just enough space for ever. Perfect for holiday homes or a couple stay. Great amenities and locating as well. 8 mins walk to the Dubai Hills Park
Great communication
Pros: Lovely building, great location, nice amenities (gym a bit small) - plenty of green space, easy access.
Cons: Managed by a security company that thinks residents are inmates in a maximum security prison, shared working spaces full of children playing. Marketed and sold as a pet friendly community, dog owners frequently discriminated against.
Bel appartement, très cosy, avec salle de sport belle piscine et assez d’espace pour se relaxer.

Broken construction. They are fixing bathroom forever I don't have place to have a shower.
