Same complaint, day in and day out.
Even had a meeting with the new Manager, STILL NO CHANGES! Eventually, made my own posters since actual people working for Kaizen are not able to perform simple functions - they keep removing them but not fixing the disgusting behaviour of people in the building. This will be my last year in this dirty community. I Lived in Cleopatra Tower for more than 3 years and when sending complaints to Kaizen, they just don't care. They rather waste money on unused paving, planting poles, putting unneeded bike racks than listening to real complaints from residents. Not to mention the cockroach infestation in the building! Disgusting! Also, lights constantly blow in apartment, drains overflow so be ready to buy drain cleaner all the time and people in the building don't know how to cook - fire alarm going off all the time.
It is similar to living legends villa’s
The buidling is good location is fine, just the managing company they never do any thing, only asking to upload papers which is waste of time
Quit clean and safe
There is a bad smell ( bathroom smell ) coming from what I think is the air conditioning vents. Note that all the facilities were inspected by the maintenance manager and a new exhaust fan was installed in the bathroom, but to no avail. I hope the building management will find a solution to this problem. Note that I live in apartment number 111.

Management is superb Especially Security guy from Karachi Pakistan is very nice and polite guy..
It's a very nice community, the houses themselves are wide, spacious, and divided perfectly.
I advise this community ☺️
