Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit viel Luxus , zentraler Lage und sehr gutem Service. Besonders Khan & zhanar haben mir den Aufenthalt verschönert. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Üppige Auswahl und guter Service von Shabin im West 14. ich war 12 Tage hier und es war nicht langweilig, da alles umliegend zentral lag. Das skypool beinhaltet nicht den Preis. Ist klein aber windgeschützt bei der Höhe. Tattu Restaurant gehört derzeit zum beliebtesten Treffpunkt und lohnt sich allemal. Besonders für dich Aussicht, da braucht man andere Höhen nicht mehr besuchen. Man haben besten Blick von hier aus. Das Café risen schmeckt sehr gut und empfehle san Sebastian cheesecake. Kleines minus Fahrstuhl dauert einfach zu lange. Zimmer sind super ausgestattet und hygienisch. Ich würde nochmal herkommen, da auch die Mitarbeiter wirklich hervorragend waren. Danke an euch!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always attentive to every detail. You truly feel cared for from the very first moment.
Housekeeping is absolutely excellent — the rooms are kept perfectly clean and comfortable. The food at the hotel is also outstanding: fresh, delicious, and well presented, with a great variety to choose from.
