I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase of an apartment in Central Park! The building is truly amazing, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The design, amenities, and overall living experience are top-notch. I highly recommend Central Park to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call home!
very nice building
I lived their for past 1 year, management is good, they addressed for all sort of needs regarding building regardless of who the owner is
This Worst building ever i lived in ….no Maintenance , there is leaks everywhere and mold.
And the worst part is high sendy team … they only mail when they want to increase the rent and never reply to mails .
I just moved out and they are asking for moneys for the light wiring issue which i complained about 2 years back but they never came to fix it.
NEVER GO TO CENTRAL PARK.
The Previous Security Guard Nur Hasan Khan is very good person and friendly 👌
Very bad building with full of mold and water condensation on every floor. The maintenance team does not want to help and work - only the answer okay we will come next week.
One month we live here and still the maintenance didn’t fix the water coming from the ceiling, water on the wall and alredy new paint went off and mold showed up 😭😱😱😱
The ac always leaking and never cold. The maintenance still saying inshallah tomorrow and never comes to solve the problem. This building is not for healthy living !!!
The electricity behind the wet walls is so dangerous!!! Can cause the fire!
Why is the team very irresponsible!
