Hello everyone who is planning to move here. Please read this before making a decision. Unfortunately, my personal experience with this building has been very disappointing.
One of the main issues is that the management allowed a Talabat store to operate inside the building. While this may seem convenient, in reality it creates constant noise, especially at night. Motorbikes, cars, and delivery trucks operate very frequently, and the reversing sound of trucks can be disturbing, particularly during sleeping hours.
Another concern is safety. When exiting the building by car, the view of the road is often blocked by delivery trucks stopping nearby. This makes it difficult to see oncoming traffic and creates an uncomfortable driving situation.
Even for residents without cars, there are inconveniences. Taxis are usually not allowed to stop at the main entrance, and security often asks them to move. Parking around the building is very limited, not clearly marked, and visitors are rarely allowed to stop even for a short time. This makes having guests quite inconvenient.
Communication with the security staff can also be uncomfortable at times. Considering the high rental prices, I personally expected better service and more resident-friendly management.
Additionally, DEWA bills can be surprisingly high. In my case, utilities make up a very large portion of my monthly housing.
Overall, this building did not meet my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and value for money. I recommend carefully considering these points before moving in.
Third-world country standards, putting tenants lives and property at risk.
The management sold the building’s garage entrance to Talabat, forcing tenants to drive the wrong way through the exit just to reach their own homes. This is dangerous, irresponsible, and unacceptable in a residential building. Serious safety hazard and complete disregard for residents wellbeing.
Excellent place to live… Ideally located.
Absolutely outrageous! It’s past midnight and families — including small children — cannot sleep, yet management turns a blind eye after multiple complaints. Talabat drivers create constant disturbance every night — shouting, fighting, and racing around. Bikes and cars “fly” through pedestrian lanes, putting kids in real danger. Nothing is done to protect the residents.
This shows total disrespect for the families who live here and pay rent. It almost feels as if Talabat pays more rent, since they get all the protection while residents get none. Management clearly does not care about the community’s well-being. Truly shameful and unacceptable.
The only positive point is the security team, who have shown empathy and at least tried to improve the situation. Unfortunately, their efforts are wasted because management is more concerned with Talabat’s operations being disturbed than with the families forced to endure the disturbance during 24hours.
If you are considering moving into this building, do yourself a favour — stay away.
