prices are high comparing to the services offered, park place not that much good always sensor to open gate not working far from services u have to use car for anything wanna do , nearest grocery is viva about 1 km

أنا اشتريت شقة في هذا البرج المنظر روعة ناحية الفيلا والقولف صيانة وادارة جيدة مشكلة العزل بين الشقق مزعجة خاصة إذا جارك صوته عالي او عنده اولاد وصريخ يومي ٣ ابراج كل واحد ٣٣ دور ويخدمهم مسبح واحد متوسط وجيم صغير جداً عيب كبير علي داماك تصميم مثل هذا الشكل

Beautiful Golf view. Convenient Viva Supermarket very near. Nice Outdoor swimming pool and Gym. Damac Hills Mall, Cafes, Radisson Hotel and Hospital. Overall a Great place to stay.
