If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. This place is extremely irresponsible and unsafe. The fire alarm went off while we were staying on a very high floor, and we had seriously ill people with us. We were terrified, stressed, and even had to call an ambulance. Only later we discovered that it was just a fire drill — and no one bothered to inform us beforehand. No notice, no message, no warning. Just a tiny sign in the elevator that no one mentioned. This is completely unacceptable. No professional building would ever conduct a fire evacuation drill without notifying guests in advance. It caused unnecessary panic, health risks, and a horrible experience overall. I will never book here again, and I do NOT recommend anyone to stay in this building.

I had a very bad experience during my stay. The fire alarm suddenly went off while we were on one of the highest floors (62nd floor), and I had very sick people with me. We were extremely worried and even had to call an ambulance. In the end, it turned out to be only a fire evacuation drill, and no one informed us in advance. There was no notice, no message, no email — just a small sign inside the elevator. This is completely unacceptable. No building should conduct a fire drill without clearly informing guests beforehand. It caused unnecessary stress, panic, and a serious health risk for the people with me.
