Worst building ever experienced. Save your money and don’t rent or buy here.
Renting since 3 months, and it has been a nightmare since day 1. Yes, you’ll see attractive pictures of individual pools and a good looking building from outside, but living there is an opposite reality. We are facing many issues unresolved (recurrent pool leakage, electric noises in the walls, smelly and yellow water in our sinks, cracking walls from pipes leakage, insects, constant clogged pipes etc). Despite many emails and calls to Binghatti management and their maintenance, we are left ignored. When they finally fix far appointments, they never show up.
The building itself is not the luxurious image sold; the ground parking is taken over by Amazon prime 15’ so expect to see your parking, entrance, and street constantly full of drivers. Elevators are slow as used by cleaners, drivers etc despite the service elevator. There’s a new bus stop now just in front of the building, making the lobby busy by people waiting bus.
Despite all these points pointed to Binghatti Management and building Management, we were left ignored and trapped.
We are counting down the moment we can leave this poorly managed building.
We can hear neighbors moves 👂🏻Toilet , phone calls , talks! …and much more technical issues : slowest water pressure ever- not possible to take shower,
ventilation doesn’t work at all- moldy smell in washrooms all time, neighbors cooking inside our home!
AC is very loud and stops on all modes,
pool always on maintenance ,
flooring is uneven
PARKING entry/exit designed so narrow its IMPOSSIBLE to exit !

I stayed at Binghatti Tulip for 15 days and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the building has a nice aesthetic and the amenities look good on the surface, the management and service quality ruined the stay.
One of the worst parts was dealing with the Indian morning-shift receptionist, who was utterly rude and unprofessional. Shockingly, he would gossip and speak badly about guests in Hindi to delivery drivers or others, assuming no one understood. Luckily, I understand some Hindi. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a place that wants to attract international tenants. The management should be far more careful about who they hire at the front desk, because a receptionist sets the tone for the whole property.
On top of this, the apartment itself had constant issues:
• The gas would shut down multiple times causing a
loud and scary beeping sound that woke me up.
• The water supply was unreliable, cutting off or reducing pressure almost every single day.
With all of these problems, I cannot recommend Binghatti Tulip as a good rental option. There are much better Binghatti properties in Dubai that actually deliver on comfort and service.
Dealing with the security (day shift) is a nightmare, they are not professional, very rude and no understanding at all. If you are coming for a visit or for a work purposes, get ready to talk to the wall to get you an access. Unlike other Binghatti buildings.

Ужасное обслуживание дома. Управляющая компания и охрана дома нагло игнорируют литые письма на почте. Подскажите на какой имейл я могу отправить жалобу что бы ее прочитали?
20 письмо моя собственница отправляет письмо с просьбой выдать клиенту карточку от паркинга. Ни одного ответа. Это вообще как?!
