His courtesy, attentiveness, and warm personality made a huge difference. He even escorted me all the way back to the car, such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Binghatti is truly fortunate to have someone like Omar representing the company.
After the onsite visit, I went to the office to complete the final steps of the handover, where I met Sara Makeen, another exceptional member of the team. Sara was incredibly polite, professional, and efficient. She explained everything clearly, handled the paperwork smoothly, and made the whole process effortless. Her warm, friendly approach and attention to detail made the final stage of the handover feel easy and enjoyable. She is truly amazing at what she does.
