Best Building to live
Management is bad , i bought a ready unit here and its been a month requesting to activate my door access card and passcode ! Weak response and no respect for owners
Very bad management.
I have been waiting the maintenance since 3 months, and they are not responding at all.
I will never recommend to live there.
I always love all the projects of Binbhatti where we get some good returns from it. As a Investor it's my pleasure to invest in these projects in Dubai and earn something

Security guys in this building behave in very rude street way. They don’t know how to respect owners. Very poor service I hope management will find some solution.
Very modern building, stylish flats!
Staff at reception is very friendly and helpful.
The area is growing, looking forward to come back!
