Wow, all dealers and agents only commenting “nice and excellent”
Bought few leftover apartments in nearly sold out project. However, miraculously a few days later, it turns out that building is far from sold out, and apartment prices got cheaper as well. If you bought early bad units at inflated prices, binghatti says thank you.
Wouldn't say unfortunately..it is such unprofessional organisation you can't even beleive...
In order to sign contract i travelled from Saudi to Dubai..as no one was responding on emails!!
In order to get Sales purchase agreement more than 3 contracts ... every time purposely they don't sign each page
I travelled again from Saudi to Dubai to get sales purchase agreement signed... guess what there Customer service rep didn't spoke up on the emails for weeks once in reached Dubai he sent me whatsapp saying bring the contract with you (which is esigned) that is the original one... would never ever recommend Bin Ghatti to anyone even if it is for free
@binghatti awake up customers are not joke
One of the best project and service of Skyon properties is wonderful. I got my all the legal documents in one month. Thanks to Mounia for such and Great customer service.
Purchased 2 months ago still no contract received!
