Disappointing Daytime Reception Service
Unfortunately, the daytime reception service is very disappointing. The staff is neither friendly nor helpful when needed, which makes for a frustrating experience. It’s a shame because the evening staff is excellent—very professional, welcoming, and attentive.
Sadly, the poor daytime service drastically lowers the overall satisfaction level. On top of that, there are far too many alarm tests, both during the day and at night, which is extremely disruptive.
Not recommended unless improvements are made.
