Beautiful Building but Ongoing Construction Noise Affects Comfort
Binghatti Creek is a beautiful new building, and we recently moved in. The facilities, lobby, and security staff are all good, and we truly appreciate the cleanliness and maintenance of the property.
However, I wasn’t fully aware of the impact of the ongoing construction next door. I initially thought the building would be soundproof, but unfortunately, the noise can be constant at times!even late at night! which makes it difficult to rest or relax. The dust from the site also affects our ability to use the balcony comfortably.
It has been quite challenging, especially with my tinnitus, as the continuous noise can be overwhelming. I understand that construction is temporary and part of Dubai’s rapid development, but I hope the management can coordinate with the nearby project to minimize the disturbance, especially during night hours.
Also, while the rule about “no major deliveries or works on weekends” is understandable to maintain a peaceful environment, it feels inconsistent when external construction continues nonstop.
Overall, the building has great potential and a nice community feel! but I sincerely hope for better noise control soon so residents can fully enjoy their homes.
Bad isolation and ongoing construction. Which results in super hard noise inside the apartment 24/7. Never book this please!
If you hate sleeping, resting and friendly staff in the building: This is the perfect place! With everything closed in the appartment it's still extremely Loud. All day & all night. It goes right through the appartment. You can't sleep. 7 days a week. And the poolbeds are dirty and full of mold. And always in shade. Right next to a dirty building. So the pool is always empty and hardly ever used, not a single ray of sunshine. It’s not as luxurious as you thought from Binghatti. But the sound & noise right next to your bed is the worst.
Totally the worst choice. I have never been in a more noisey place than this. The sounds are so so so LOUD. You can't sleep. And all day it's in your appartment. And the staff: always unfriendly and not personal. They never say hi
If you want to get a good night's rest: Don't go here. Litterly the worst building we stayed. We regret this so much. Every terrible loud norse is at the foot of the bed. The isolation of this building is.... nothing. If the doors and windows are closed it feels like you live in a construction. The quality is very very bad. And totally overpriced.
