“My stay at this hotel apartment was very disappointing. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery and often wet, which felt unsafe. I also found a small insect inside the apartment, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the conditions were inconvenient and did not meet my expectations. I hope management will address these issues for future guests.”

I found it quite unusual that your receptionist at Binghatti Canal is requesting a 1,000 AED deposit just to schedule a viewing. Could you please clarify the reason behind this policy?
