They used to have great finishes and customer service, a real shame they couldn’t handle their own success.
The problem isn’t the quality (for now) — it’s that they hand over apartments without inspecting them.
Because of their poor management, sloppy construction, and lack of customer care, it’s now been two weeks since I moved in, and:
- The shower still doesn’t drain.
- I can’t access the balcony, so my clothes have been hanging there since day one.
- They installed the wrong gas regulator, so the gas company can’t connect the supply.
Two weeks already and I can’t cook, can’t hang laundry, can’t shower for more than two minutes.

We are waking up with fire alarms every morning. Neighbors are having parties in the balcony and speak very loudly till late night and we cant sleep, never think of moving here!!!
We moved in 2 months ago and absolutely love it. Really nice pool area (we actually prefer shade only), the gym is well equipped, everything is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the Circle Mall and the view from our balcony is really nice - calm!

The pool area receives absolutely no sunlight — it’s dark all day, so if you’re hoping to sunbathe, forget it.
Decent building apart from that...Gym ok.
