Despite paying 25% of the booking amount, I have not received the SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement) even after 3 months. Multiple follow-ups via emails and calls to the sales team have gone unanswered. This level of unresponsiveness is extremely unprofessional and concerning.
Overseas investors, please be cautious — once the payment is made, there seems to be no accountability or support. I expected better transparency and service from a reputed developer like Binghatti, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.
Annoying construction noise all the time…! Stop it at least on weekends for people to rest!!

Gone 10 PM midweek, construction noise is ridiculous
