Despite paying 25% of the booking amount, I have not received the SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement) even after 3 months. Multiple follow-ups via emails and calls to the sales team have gone unanswered. This level of unresponsiveness is extremely unprofessional and concerning. Overseas investors, please be cautious — once the payment is made, there seems to be no accountability or support. I expected better transparency and service from a reputed developer like Binghatti, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.
