I own a flat in this building and the front desk do not even bother replying to emails. Very disappointing. What is the point of having a front desk?

I was there to make an enquiry and probably find an apartment in height 1 but I was not impressed with the concierge at all. He was very unprofessional and rude, he was on his phone maybe playing games while I waited until he was done. Regardless it’s a nice place but professional employees and people with positive attitudes should be encouraged especially the reception because that’s the first impression of the house.
