Misleading Listing and Terrible Experience – Avoid Happy Season Holiday Homes. Rented apartment numer 302 in this building through named company via booking.com Our stay with Happy Season Holiday Homes in Dubai at Bahar 1,apartment 302, was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was advertised. Here are the key issues: - False Advertising: The listing promised pool and gym access, which was a major reason we booked. In reality, the key card never worked, so we had zero access to these facilities. Even on our last day, no working key card was provided. - Building Access Problems: We couldn’t enter the building without asking security for help every single time. Security confirmed the apartment manager likely hadn’t paid for key card activation. - Unclean on Arrival: Glasses were still wet, cups had lipstick stains, and overall hygiene was unacceptable. - Broken Amenities: The TV remote didn’t work due to dead batteries. After replacing them, the TV was still barely functional because of disconnected HDMI and possible faulty remote. - Wi-Fi Issues: Internet was down initially and only fixed after a full day. - Pest Problems: Couldn’t leave food outside the fridge because of small vermin. - Poor Customer Service: Contacted the host multiple times via Whatsapp and via booking.com. Their only response was “sorry for the inconvenience,” with no real solutions. This apartment is not cheap, yet the experience was terrible: misleading advertising, lack of promised amenities, and poor management. If you’re looking for a Dubai rental with reliable service and pool access, avoid Happy Season Holiday Homes.

I was looking forward to stay in this building, but I left with a very bad impression. There is significant mold in several areas, the elevators are slow and some are dirty. The gym was so unclean that I left shortly after entering, as even touching the equipment felt unsanitary. Overall, the building does not meet the standard of quality I’ve come to expect in Dubai.
