I have been a month here really poor service on sorting out any issues the property is manage by Azizi there is no customer service or aftercare . Loud alarms through the day causing disturbance and lots of men sat in reception making it a very uncomfortable place.
The building is good. However, you will wake up day and night because of an active fire alarm. It will activate everyday at times like 5 am. When you complain, the management will not respond, and the security will tell you this is "normal because someone in the building is cooking". It will literally activate 4-5 times a day and there's nothing you can do about it and no one to help you.
Very bad experience mangment and security useless give uncesserary fines don't keep water bottles in coridor don't keep in parking kids cycles if tenant pay to security some amount they ready to coprate. Too much road sound construction around early morning fire alram
50/50 experience with azizi pearl, maintenance team is fine, but issues at night, too much noise from the road and construction noise start st 5 am alarms keeps going off im on 7th floor so tiring!
The building is okay but needs more vigilance, at night some fancy activities is happening, night security stalking the tenants on exchange of little cash, making some business selling tenants information data to outsiders.
Every morning at 6 am the building alarm goes on each time someone is cooking, and it is located in the bedroom and is so loud that it can cause chest pain and heart problems.
