Subject: WARNING: Deceptive Practices & Unpaid ROI (Auresta Tower) I am issuing a strong warning to all potential investors about Tiger Properties. Deceptive Payment Handling: I sent my main payment on September 25th. The company deceptively claimed it "arrived" on October 1st at 00:00. By manipulating this date by a few hours, they illegitimately voided my entire ROI payment for October, stating payments would only begin in November. Failed Contractual Payment: After stealing the October payment, they have now failed to pay the promised November ROI instalment (due by Nov 7th). Zero Communication: There is zero communication. My official emails are ignored, and customer service is completely unresponsive. There is no one to contact for resolution. This is not just poor service; it is a breach of contract and includes deceptive business practices. I am now filing a formal complaint with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) / RERA. Be extremely cautious. They do not honor their agreements, they manipulate payment dates to avoid paying, and they will ignore you.
