Nice building

Our time at Aria Gardens started off well, but unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience that ultimately led us to move out. The biggest issue with this building is the lack of proper soundproofing — the walls are incredibly thin, and you can hear almost every conversation, TV, or movement from neighboring apartments. It often felt like there was no privacy at all. For the rent you pay here, you would expect at least basic insulation to ensure peace and comfort, but sadly, that’s not the case. To make matters worse, we had a particularly difficult neighbor who was constantly causing unnecessary drama and spreading false stories about us to the management. Despite trying to remain polite and respectful, their behavior became unbearable and created an uncomfortable living environment. It reached a point where we felt there was no choice but to leave. This experience really ruined what could have been an otherwise pleasant stay. That said, I do want to acknowledge the positives — the security staff and maintenance team at Aria Gardens are truly exceptional. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any issues. The building itself is kept clean, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The team clearly takes pride in their work, and they deserve full credit for their efforts. However, no matter how great the staff is, it’s difficult to overlook the poor construction quality and noise problems that seriously affect daily life. The lack of proper soundproofing and one unpleasant neighbor completely overshadowed the good parts of living here. In short, Aria Gardens has no potential, until the thin walls and lack of sound insulation, it’s hard to recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet or comfortable home environment, especially if you are blessed with the misfortune we had of an absolutely terrible neighbor

This is the worse quality I’ve ever seen! I’m a broker and hooked on that horrible choice just because I liked the building overall and apartment size. Everything else I regretted so much! Everyone is telling about bad soundproof, but it’s nothing comparably to other things! Let’s start from the most important one is connection. The building connected only Du and virgin could catch a signal, anything else won’t work. When I just moved, I got a million calls from Du to connect their internet, they drove me crazy. When I was trying to reach my agent to explain this issue, he said: connect Du 😂 when I reached another manager he said the same thing. Then they are like: you can pay 50/50 with your neighbor who connected Du 😅 so silly! Then after lots of time and effort they kinda started to work on network, but the work is never done, whenever I follow up, it’s just in a process abc I can’t see this process! It should have been done before handover!! Management company took from everyone 10% deposit instead of 5% by market rules and then I saw why! Because everything in the apartment destroys itself without touching! The drainage system absolutely horrible, if you take a shower a bit longer then quick one and you’re a female with lots of hair, be ready to wash the floor with loooots of water around! The painting drops itself, I’m shocked. And they took 10%! Obviously I won’t get my deposit back! But connection thing this is the worse! As I mentioned I’m in a real estate field, I have to be online all the time, but I can’t! So I’m paying for rental not for a living, I’m paying only for nights to sleep there!
