The worst residential building I’ve ever lived in — in all of Dubai. I honestly can’t wait to leave. The rules, the administration, and the overall management are beyond terrible. 1. Visitor Parking Scam They calculate your visitor’s time by the minute just to squeeze money out of you. Even when I register a car for the maximum 6 hours, my guests still get stopped and asked to pay at exit. It’s embarrassing and shows how desperate the management is. 2. Water Pressure Issues The water pressure is consistently weak. Every month I have to call maintenance to “fix” it again, and the problem always comes back. 3. Zero Security Responsibility My personal items went missing from the gym locker — shoes, gym accessories, important stuff — and the security’s reaction was: “Nothing we can do.” What’s the point of having lockers if we’re not allowed to keep a key, items go missing, and nobody takes responsibility? 4. Parking is a Daily Headache My assigned spot is on B3. Even if I come home for ONE hour, I’m forced to go all the way down instead of using the ground-floor temporary spots, which are always empty. Zero flexibility, zero logic. 5. Poor Hygiene & Noise Hygiene is average at best. Garbage rooms smell all the time. Kids play loudly until 8 PM which is extremely late for a residential building. 6. High Rent for Low Quality With all these issues, the rent is still expensive. Definitely not worth the money. Final Advice: Be careful and don’t repeat my mistake. This building is run badly, the management does not care, and everything here is a hassle. I do NOT recommend living here
