I recently moved into this building and the experience has been fantastic. It truly feels luxurious, with plenty of well-designed amenities. The purchase process was very smooth, and the team supported me through every step, making the handover experience seamless and pleasant.
The common areas are beautifully maintained, and I especially appreciate the spacious gym and dedicated workspaces.
One small area for improvement would be adding a few more power sockets in the coworking area, which would make it even more convenient.
Overall, extremely happy to call this place home!

Fun space to explore
Thoughtfully designed. Beautiful shared amenities. Great location. When we received our unit, found only minor defects and was fixed promptly. The handover process was a memorable one too. Thanks! Some areas for improvement: I suggested they create a proper bicycle parking at the carpark area for families with bikes.
The shared working space is a great zone and would be even better if there was a sofa or two or bean bags for friends to just chill & chat in between working.
Why don't they put a socket at the balcony? Curious.

The building has amazing amenities and common areas. Its design is beautiful and modern, and the flats are very spacious — especially the balconies, which are large and perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
