Good place...
Nice place for visiting
Living in the Shoreline residential area is truly an amazing experience! The community is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. Here’s what makes it stand out:

Nice place
It is a nice area indeed, however shoreline is getting really old, AC need regular deep cleaning etc, otherwise really moldy and leaking esp during summers.
Water pressure and its temperature also works funny.
Roaches/ants present (always scared to come close to the garbage shoot haha) but with regular pest control it's ok inside the flat.
The biggest issue we faced so far is the noise from the neighbours upstairs - audibility is big.
Regular flats reconstructions are also present but this is Dubai.
Great building to live in, very convenient entrance from the main road..
