Fantastic view, close to everything and a good location in DSO! Is worth it to live there! Living in this residential tower from last 4 years amazing location 5 minutes distance to everything.
Staying here since 3 years. Great location and clean common areas. Well maintained building. Mantainence response from Mr Kashif is really amazing. Mr Nadeem is very helpful in resolving issues.

Super clean building, large corridors, full viewing elevator. We never wait more than 30 sec for an elevator, and its nornally empty. Hard to park in the majority of the vacancies. I got a perfect slot, though, for my car. Security always available. And again, extra clean place. Even the garbage room does not smell bad. All is very clean here. Location is great. Everything you need is walking distance : school, park, supermarket, gym, shops, restaurants... No swimming pool - and this is the only reason we are moving out.
Maintenance team and security Very good
Its a nice property in Silicon Oaisis. We enjoyed our last 3 years stay in here. Behavior and response of office staff are well appreciated. Security & maintenance are very good. Over all good experience.
