Al Khair Building 3

Alkahair Building 3, the building is clean, well-maintained, and has great amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and ample parking. The three lifts ensure minimal wait times, and the central location offers stunning views of Burj Khalifa. However, my experience is let down by the reception staff. The guy at the front desk is consistently rude and has a visibly angry demeanor. He behaves like he owns the building and seems to be doing us a favor by being there. His attitude is unacceptable and makes entering the building unpleasant. While I don't expect a smile, a neutral or professional expression would be appreciated. Moreover, he doesn't even wear a security uniform, giving the impression he's just sitting there casually. I hope the management trains him to improve his behavior and provides a uniform to maintain a professional image. Apart from this one issue, the building is great.

Pros: 1. Huge apartments. 1 BHK is 920 sqft. Big rooms 2. Good view from balcony, pool 3. Pool and gym are okay Cons: 1. New building, and the builder is already selling. :/ I paid ~10000 in admin fees, security and commission just last year when I rented the apartment, now I have to move out because they are selling! 2. Chiller does not cool very well. Have to set it at 18 degrees for the room to cool. And it's not even free! High DEWA bills. 3. Security used to be there, not anymore 4. MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE - I had to replace bulbs at 2 places, buy pipes for cracked plumbing in kitchen, brown water from geyser (very dirty, always clogged my shower filter in 1 week only!), air bubbles in wall paint. They always asked for maintenance money, and every time I had to negotiate hard for them to do it. Either way, I had to purchase the items from my own pocket.

Worst management. Literally the worst management. Worst maintenance. Even for smallest damage charging a lot. Rents increased every year
