Facade dirty. Pool dirty. Gym dirty.

The facade and the gym is very dirty, pool dirty also. Hallways smells bad.

I am tenant for the past three years, worst management ever! They way they treat you or talk to you is so unprofessional, being treated so bad. 1- Always parking problems 2- The security is rude 3- The management is super unprofessional and non-responsive 4- The owners are just money driven 5- I had cockroaches from the fist day till now, and I am the one getting the pest control 6- The walls are so thin, and you can hear the footsteps of your neighbors 7- The building is always loud, kids crying in the corridor and dogs barking nonstop 8- The finishing of the apartment is so cheap, for a new building you expect something nice, but the floor is unbalanced 9- maintenance is also bad, I waited for months to change a light switch The only good thing is that the house is big compared to other apartments

Very bad building management. Please don’t consider renting an apartment in this bad building. I will just mention one issue in their apartment. I have discovered mold colonies throughout the whole apartment started growing after the heavy rain in April. I brought in inspection team to sort it out and they gave me a quotation to disinfect the whole apartment for AED 3,000. The inspector said the mold has invaded the apartment because of the bad isolation in the building which means a very bad commercial type. I sent the quotation to the building management and informed them that I have a baby so consider it an urgent matter. They replied after more than two weeks with it is not our responsibility and AC deep cleaning is on the tenant. They don’t care if there is a baby they don’t care about your safety don’t rent here please.
