Worst building, worst maintenance and worst management. I had to call police once so that they fix my ac. Which btw they fixed in 5 min afterwards.
Never ever returned my security deposit. Fraud management. Don't even start with tye cockroach and mold problem that gave me an autoimmune disease

The AC is always broken, and the lift breaks down every week. It's an old building, and they're trying to refurbish the flats, but they're not fixing the AC and lift properly. Not recommendable
Maintenance service is fast and reliable. Any issues are resolved quickly without delay.
