كنت اتوقع انه فندق لكن للاسف طلع لي مبنى سكني ويتم تاجيرها عن طريق البوكينغ ولم يتم دخول شقتي الا بعد منتصف الليل بسبب اجراءات الدخول !!
Very great place to stay well maintained condo comparing to other places... Very great experience will keeping coming again, who ever is managing the best to keep such standards it show how respectful the team is.
Very nice and clean place to stay, well professional team very helpful during the move in and very supportive. This is definitely the best place i have moved in so far.
Very nice building, view of the room I'd amazing the facilities compared to other stay rooms this is fair and good for the location it shows how well managed it is, security very responsive when i have told them about sending someone to clean our floor it was super fast and clean. Most recommended and will be visiting again.
five stars for the building, one star for non functioning, process-blocking and privacy & data security questionnable Anacity application, which is required without any legal base upon residents to have installed and to use for the most basic requests, but it does not work anyway. technical issues are not supported with can-do attitude to jointly find an alternative solution. only pushback.
if you need multiple days upfront approvals for PEST upon a cockroach detection in your unit, how can we adhere to hygiene standards and react quickly to such situation? you let the insect spread multiple days to fix papers in some app first instead of allowing an immediate PEST action?
do i need to use the app go to a restroom as well? catch22.

I’ve been living at Ahad Residences for over a year and a half, and my experience has been excellent. The management team and security staff have always been professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel safe and well cared for. The security team, in particular, consistently greets residents with a smile and engaging conversation. I’d like to give special recognition to Sam, who consistently goes above and beyond in his role. He’s always approachable, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about everything in the building.
I would like to really recommend this building to the everyone.
The place is filled with hospitality. I really love the front desk team especially the night shift. The guy at the reception i think his name is Sam, is very professional and he tries his best to solve any challenge you give to him.
He is swift in handling issues in the building. Always well dressed and very serious in his job.
The reception team also is very professional. I stayed here last month for 2 weeks and my stay was perfect.
