Building is alright, but rent is increasing by the day.
Maintenance is getting bad every year and rents are increased. Ac is not working and maintenance team doesn’t respond for 2-3 weeks on ac repairs request.absolutely horrible place. Please review before booking.
I live in this buildings in 1 St floor 125 it's kinda good but
Pro :nice areas to Play cute tree in front and painted rocks around a dead pegion and near NOVAL supermarket
Cons: a dead pegion in the front pay for parking too much high rent
And THE WORST SECURITY HE SCREAMS AT KIDS AND HE TRENTEND TO LOCK MY KID AND HER FRIENDS IN THE ELECTRICAL ROOM!
No professionalism for the staff. They treat you very badly and speak in a rude way as if like you have to be so much obliged to get a flat in their building.
I had a terrible experience with a staff named Mr. Nizam . He was so unprofessional and very rude with me on call and demanding for renewal. He was not even ready to listen to my concern that there is no mobile network coverage in my flat and we have been suffering alot for the last three years with the same issue even though its was reported multiple times.He was simply trying to avoid my complaint and demanding me to come to office for renewal.
My humble suggestion to the management is that, there should be a basic courtesy and respect given to the tenants as they are your customers.
