Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend This Developer I purchased an apartment from this developer in one of their earlier projects, and I am extremely disappointed. With their new project now being advertised, I feel compelled to share my experience so others can think twice before investing. From the beginning, what was promised and what was delivered are completely different. They advertised high-quality, European-style, ultra-modern finishing, state-of-the-art amenities like a gym and pool – but the reality is far from it. The materials used are the cheapest on the market, and the overall finishing is poor. Within the first year of moving in, multiple issues started to appear. The quality is shockingly bad for what was supposed to be a “luxury” building. One of the most serious issues I faced was being misled about the parking space. I was told I would have a covered parking spot, and they even took me to see the allocated space before I moved in. But when the title deed arrived, they had changed the parking number to an outside, uncovered space. This was done without my knowledge, and once the deed was signed, I had no legal way to change it back. I feel completely scammed. As a first-time buyer, I trusted them, and they took advantage of that trust. After moving in, the support is non-existent. The developer doesn’t care once you’ve paid. Maintenance is horrible and unresponsive – you’re better off hiring external help than relying on their team. Please, think carefully before buying from this developer. I would not recommend them to anyone. The building quality is bad, the customer service is terrible, and the company is not trustworthy.
