The location of this building is undoubtedly one of its strongest points. It’s situated in a very convenient area with easy access to the metro station, making commuting quite effortless. Unfortunately, beyond the location, there are several issues that significantly affect the overall living experience. The building itself is quite old and is in dire need of serious maintenance and a complete renovation. Common areas, especially the garbage rooms, often emit an unpleasant smell, which is a persistent issue. Additionally, the elevators are frequently overcrowded, and long queues are common, particularly on weekends. This can be frustrating for residents who are simply trying to go about their day. Maintenance response times are another drawback. If you call for assistance over the weekend or during nighttime hours, you’re unlikely to get a prompt response. This lack of availability can be very inconvenient in case of urgent repairs. On a more positive note, there have been some recent improvements. The building management has upgraded the main access gates by implementing a facial recognition system, replacing the old security card system. This has enhanced security and ease of entry for residents recently. Overall, while the location is excellent and security has improved, the building still falls short in terms of upkeep and cleanliness, and responsiveness.
