Amazing tower especially apartment facing Dubai frame and the Palace. Super facilities . Great for living

I moved into 1 Residence East Tower last month, and so far it has been a very motivating experience living in the heart of the city. The apartment layout is excellent, the views are fabulous, and the building facilities and staff are impressive. Before moving here, I was a bit hesitant because of some comments I read about issues like water leakage and window noise, but I’m very happy I went ahead. I haven’t faced any of those problems, and I’m even considering buying in the future because the location is so central and convenient. The gym and the sky track on the rooftop are on another level—absolutely WOW. The community has significantly improved maintenance and addressed the typical concerns that come with a brand-new building. The people in the area are friendly, the metro is right at our doorstep, and the location truly can’t be beat. Overall, a great place for residents.

The Best Place to Live! I’ve had an amazing experience living in this tower. The building is well-maintained, and everything feels clean and modern. The new management team is very helpful, responsive, and professional — they really go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable. The apartments are beautifully designed with great attention to detail. I didn't face any leakage as it written on another reviews . The location is fantastic, and the view from East Tower towards Dubai Frame and SZR are spectacular and it’s one of the most comfortable buildings I’ve lived in during my time in Dubai. If you’re looking for a beautiful, and great amenities tower this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended and Ski Trac and swimming pool and Gym they are Luxury.
